3 Ways to Fix Lower Back Pain
Living in LA, I sit in my car for many hours. My neck, shoulders and back start hurting, especially the lower back. Try these methods I found that may help alleviate pain and discomfort in your lower back.
Deep Thoughts
Sit comfortably and ask yourself these questions:
Is my lower back pain related to making fun of Jimmy Skinnybones in the fifth grade?
Am I holding on to anxiety connected to my poor romantic performance with my date last weekend?
Do women share the results of your romantic performance with their friends? (Yes, they do.)
Does this room need a new coat of paint?
Super Stretch
This is one stretch that will do the job of many lower back stretches. Look in the mirror and say, “You are the best looking person in the world!” For most of us, that statement is a stretch, for sure.
Lean In
Why are you holding back in your life? Lean in! Take control! Go for it! Ask for that raise–look, you’ve worked there long enough to get a raise. Yes, they’ve given you a $100 raise every year, but is that enough to support your golf habit? I thought not. Get the raise you deserve and your back will feel better immediately.
