Hit A Power Fade Like A Pro

Ninety percent of golfers hit some form of a slice. They are told that’s a bad thing, that they need to learn how to “square up the clubface,” or “roll their wrists” through impact.

No one knows what any of that means, or if they understand it, they can’t make it happen without totally destroying any natural athletic motion they had.

The answer is to just play the slice God (or insert higher power you believe in here — if any) gave you. The slice is a man’s shot, it’s for real golfers that get after it.

Hey, if I wanted to hit the ball like a ballerina, I would have taken up ballet. A slice means you are hitting the ball like the aggressive athlete you used to be in high school before you got fat, not swinging at it lazily like you are in a hammock on a summer Sunday afternoon.

You can try to create a dainty draw if you want. I’ll be out there slicing it like God intended. Hard.
