I’d like to order some of your hot rain

Talked to a woman who previously lived in Algeria, France and Italy. She was amazed that people in Ohio talk about the weather so much. And that when the weather person says it is going to rain, it doesn’t. And when they say it won’t, it does. And when it does, it is “hot rain.”
