Letter of Paul to Dallas Cowboy fans
Grace to you.
I have heard of the trials and tribulations of your cherished team, the Dallas Cowboys. Throughout the seasons, as with life, there are peaks of glory and valleys of despair. Many have grown weary, believing that the team will never see the days of triumph once more. Yet, remember the tale of the Chicago Cubs, a team that too was once in the shadows, only to emerge into the light of victory after much patience.
Time, dear Dallasites, is indeed a profound teacher. From each game, each setback, and each challenge, lessons are learned, strategies are refined, and hope is renewed. As it is written, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
To some, the wait may seem interminable. They whisper, “The quarterback that leads them to victory might not even be born yet.” But in this, remember the teachings of our Lord. Patience is a virtue, a fruit of the Spirit. In waiting, character is formed, resilience is built, and faith is deepened.
There will be moments of doubt, seasons of drought, but also times of jubilant celebration. In these cycles, let your hope not waver, for just as dawn follows the darkest hour, so too will the days of glory return for those who persevere.
Hold fast to your faith, not just in a team, but in the Almighty who teaches us that in patience, endurance, and hope, we find the truest victory.
In enduring love, Paul.
