Skate Kitchen Movie Review

“Skate Kitchen” stars Kabrina Adams, Emmanel Barco and an bunch of other people in a New York City restaurant next to a roller derby/skate park. Eating lunch one day while watching the skateboarders fly in the air, Camille (Rachelle Vinberg) says, “That’s it! A restaurant staffed by people on skateboards and roller blades!”

Thus she heads out into the city to start Skate Kitchen. She can’t afford the outrageous Manhattan commercial rents, so she heads to a downtrodden Bronx building next to a nuclear power plant. She opens the first Skate Kitchen and it soon becomes the hit of the Instagram crowd, constantly taking pictures of themselves in front of the nuclear reactor.
