This is a selfie Leonidas took at Thermopylae just before the last battle of his life in 480 BC. If you have seen the movie “300,” you know the story about Leonidas and his band of 300 elite Greek warriors fending off a Persian force of nearly 100,000 soldiers led by Xerxes. There were no other pictures on his Instagram page after this one.
