Daily Exercise

You don’t have to run 10 miles a day to get the benefits of exercise. Heck, you don’t even have to walk a block. Any exercise is good for you. Try quietly tapping your finger on the arm of the couch to the theme song of Frasier or Friends when you are watching reruns on TV. You are an athlete now.

Stop Smoking

Certainly, inhaling smoke in your lungs affects your health. But you can still smoke and improve your health. Just change it up. Suck the smoke IN through your ears and OUT through the corners of your eyes. This bypasses the lungs completely.

Improve Your Diet

A poor diet is a leading cause of death according to a study by scientists at the University of Washington. You want to eat whole grains, nuts, seeds and fruits. Try grinding them in a blender, mixing the blend with sugar paste, then making bricks out of them. Build your new house out of the bricks, and when you need a snack, just break off a corner of the dining room or garage.
