Dad, they are going EVERYWHERE!
A few weeks ago I was at the golf driving range. You can buy a small bucket (50 balls), large (100) or jumbo (150) basket. You put the correct size bucket under the dispenser, put in your card, select the size you want on the screen and the balls fall out.
A young family next to me were new to all this. I offered to help — they said they wanted a medium. I handed the father a medium bucket out of the stack, they put in their card, selected medium and the balls came falling out.
At this point you should know the small buckets often get mixed in with the mediums. That’s right, I had handed them a small bucket by mistake. I realized this when the golf balls filled up the bucket, spilled on the floor and rolled all over the place. People stepped on them, kicked them by mistake and chaos ensued. A lady’s dog jumped out of her arms and chased them like rabbits. Their daughter screamed, “Dad, they are going EVERYWHERE!”
Holy golf balls! I ran around and picked them up as fast as I could as did the family members. We finally got them all together in the right basket. They were confused on why it happened and I was too embarrassed to explain it, so I walked out. What a coward lol.
