Don’t sit on the couch like a fungus

Fun Fact: Before he wrote what many consider the Great American Novel — The Great Gatsby — F. Scott Fitzgerald paid the bills as an advertising copywriter. One of his tags lines for a laundry in a town in Iowa was “We keep you clean in Muscatine!”

I wrote a similar line for the Columbus Tourism Council back in the day which said, “Don’t sit on the couch like a fungus, get out and have fun in Columbus!” For some reason, they didn’t go for it.
