Former Hockey Player Performs Wild Hockey Tricks While Surfing – Then the NHL Called

A hockey player gave up his days on the ice in favor of performing hockey tricks while participating in his other love —surfing.

He is often seen developing new tricks while riding the waves, sometimes spending hours on each spectacle designed to wow the crowd on the beach.

People were impressed. He is so good, the NHL wants to develop a series of off-season training regimens using his techniques. The new program will help develop balance, speed, hand-eye coordination and flexibility.

“We are really excited about this new program,” said a league publicist. ” Now we can offer players a different training approach that complements their current regimen. Also, it allows NHL executives and their wives the ability to take month-long vacations at holiday hot spots around the world and claim it as a tax deduction. Everyone wins.”
