Gangs of rats stage wild food fights in New York

Good news. New York City officials said they would “look at” trash policies to curb rats after trash mountains began forming on the streets of the city. Gee, I’m glad they’ll take time to look at the problem.

Rats are well known in New York but now they are getting out of hand due to the walls of trash on every thoroughfare.

“The rats are having food fights now across the road. One gang throws hunks of food trash at another gang hiding behind walls of trash bags on the other side. They retaliate and it’s game on. Pedestrians get caught in the crossfire and show up to work covered in orange peels, egg shells and coffee grounds,” said a local resident.
