Girlfriend Knows Catholic Dogma

Here is a mini-story about my dad for Father’s Day. My girlfriend at the time and I were visiting my parents. They invited us to go to church with them. My girlfriend said sure, and began revealing her strong knowledge of Catholicism derived from her Anglican background which is somewhat similar.

Me: Gee, you know more about being a Catholic than I do!

My dad: That’s not hard, Joe.

OOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I got dad-burned.
