Hey, bro, are you feeling lightheaded?

I banged my elbow on the side of the Sheetz gas station brick wall as I went in to get a sammich. Ouchie. I walked around trying too long trying to decide what to get and finally made a decision. People were looking at me funny. When I got back outside I noticed blood had covered my entire forearm, like I was wearing a red sleeve. I didn’t feel anything there and no one said a word.
