Little girl experiences rain for first time

In this video, the little kid is AMAZED at rain, something she has apparently never experienced before.

Why has she never seen rain? First of all, she’s only been alive a short time.

Second, she lives in California, where it rains every seven years for 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, and I don’t know if this true, but I heard she got a head cold and missed pre-school for a month.

She’s too young for school, you say?
