Maddie Moonshine tops country charts with “Portland Pour”

Portland’s country star Maddie Moonshine just hit number one on the country charts with her latest hit “Portland Pour.” Maddie said, “We love coffee in Portland and I want the world to know. Why? Well, the real reason is every day I drink 15 cups of coffee and I had to write a song about Portland coffee love.”

Portland Pour by Maddie Moonshine

Woke up to the drizzle, skies a bit gray, But in Portland, that’s just a regular day. Lace up my boots, head to the café downtown, Where the barista knows my order, no words, just a sound.

Portland pour, steam rising high, Latte art heart, under the Oregon sky. Rain or shine, in this city we roam, With a coffee cup in hand, I’m always at home.

Stumptown to Coava, choices galore, Every corner, every street, always one store more. Beans roasted to perfection, notes of pine and berry, With each sip I take, life feels less heavy.

Cold brew, cappuccino, or a simple drip, In Portland’s coffee scene, I’m always hip. The Willamette flows, just like my brew, In this city of bridges, coffee love always rings true.

Portland pour, in a mug or a jar, Chasing away chills, near or far. In this Pacific Northwest land we adore, It’s the love of coffee, that’s at the core.

Met a girl at the counter, with eyes deep and brown, Like the coffee in her cup, she was the talk of the town. We shared stories, dreams, over a cup or two, Found love in a café, as the rain gently blew.

The aroma, the flavor, it’s more than a drink, It’s the spirit of Portland, the missing link. From food trucks to boutiques, and every park scene, It’s the coffee that keeps our souls evergreen.

Portland pour, more than just a trend, It’s the start of a day, the means to an end. From sunrise to sunset, in the city we know, With every coffee bean grind, our love continues to grow.

So here’s to Portland, with its green and its gray, Where coffee is more than a drink, it’s the way. To connect, to dream, to find our true north, In the city of roses, where coffee love pours forth.
