Yo, you need some blood plasma?

Researchers at Stanford recently took blood plasma from mice that exercised and put it into mice that didn’t exercise at all. The result was dramatic. It created new brain cells in the lazy mice in a process called neurogenesis, resulting in better memory and learning capability as well as lowered inflammation.

So if you exercise a lot I’m going to need to borrow some plasma. Thanks.
