YouTube Offers New “Mobile Adulting” Service

To meet the needs of their Millennial viewers who lack basic life skills, YouTube announced a new “Mobile Adulting” service. The service, which will begin with beta testing in Los Angeles and San Diego to start, sends qualified adults to millennial homes to teach them life skills in person.

“It’s an in-home, app-based experience,” said YouTube executive Wilma Cantsewabutton. “We realized millions of millennials turn to YouTube every day to learn how to boil an egg or change a tire. We figured we could help even further by providing real adults who can teach these skills in person.”
