Annoying Drivers: Ms. Fake-Turn-No-Stop

Ms. Fake-Turn-No-Stop stops as if to wait for you to exit a driveway so she can have more room to make the turn. In response, you begin to pull out. At that point, she moves forward as if she never saw you in the first place, scaring the heck out of you as she almost T-bones your car.
