Miami Heat Denies Lakers Win With Game 6 Protest of the 2020 NBA Championship

BREAKING: The Miami Heat released a statement today protesting the results of game 6 of the 2020 NBA finals won by the LA Lakers. The victory clinched the 17th championship for the storied franchise. Heat officials said they might consider ceding the contest if the Lakers can “prove they earned” every point in their 106-93 win several weeks ago. For now, Heat leadership is claiming victory with a city-wide parade scheduled for New Year’s Day.
