This is why the words you use matter

The speaker at the convention was explaining the Hate and Love jars. He explained that our words matter and to prove it he showed two jars filled with rice, one marked HATE and and one marked LOVE. The idea is everyday you say, “I hate you!” to the HATE jar and “I love you!” to the LOVE jar. After a few weeks, the HATE jar rice will begin to turn dark and go bad. The LOVE jar rice will look as fresh as ever.

So, I tried it. On the first day, I said to the HATE jar, “I hate you!”

The jar said, “Yeah, well you are so ugly your mother makes you look in the mirror for punishment.”
