UFC Announces President Trump to Battle Jim Acosta in the Octagon

Ultimate Fighting Championship owner Dana White announced a historic fight between President Trump and CNN’s Jim Acosta. The match will take place at Caesar’s Palace on New Year’s Eve 2018, with commentating handled by Joe Rogan and Wolf Blitzer.

“This will be a historic match-up between two hard-charging personalities,” White told reporters. “We’ve all watched them go after each other in the White House press room. Now it’s no-holds-barred in the octagon. We expect pay-per-view sales to top $500 million.”

Acosta has hired Bernie Isthatallyougot, the famed martial arts and UFC champion, as his full-time trainer in preparation for the match. President Trump tweeted that he has more experience than Acosta in the fight game, reminding followers of his appearance with WWE where he took out Vince McMahon with a full-on takedown. He later tweeted his preparation would be eating well-done steak with ketchup.
