Deion Sanders Recruits Star Travis Hunter Away From Florida, Immediately Pitches Florida Coaching Job

Jackson State coach Deion Sanders wrested top recruit Travis Hunter away from Power 5 school University of Florida this week, adding him to a growing list of star recruits he has been able to convince joining him at Jackson State.

Sanders, widely recognized as one of the top NFL players in history, has successfully recruited more that 476 top prospects in the few short months he has helmed the team. That makes it all the more surprising Sanders immediately pitched the Florida coaching job just after Travis Hunter came on board at Jackson State.

“Look, I’m one of the best of all time,” Sanders explained. “I can coach both teams at the same time. When we play each other, I’ll sit in a van outside the stadium and call the shots from there.”
