After the demise of Shooter’s Grill, Lauren Boebert opens TANKS restaurants across Colorado

Earlier this summer, Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert’s Shooter’s Grill shut down. The controversial diner featured wait staff with real guns on their hips. Today her team announced the opening of several TANKS restaurants in Colorado. Patrons will ride in real US tanks as they complete military training exercises.

“You choose your meal and we cook it while you get your first ride in the tank,” a spokesperson explained. “Then we take a break from military training in order to serve your selection inside the tank. Once all the food is served, we fire up the tanks again and have fun!”
